First Place 4 Health, a Christ-centered weight loss and medically trustworthy healthy living program that addresses the whole person - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. See how putting God first can lead to successful weight loss.
Learn how God calls Christians to be physically fit.
Understand the positive effect good nutrition and exercise have on our emotions and spirit.
Be encouraged with support from other First Place members to reach your goal, help maintain success and keep weight off for good.
Come join us on for a 12 week session Beginning with an Orientation Meeting on Tuesday,
